Bathroom Ventilation

It is important for any bathroom design to have ventilation for a number of different reasons. Dehumidifiers and Extractor Fans

If you are struggling to incorporate ventilation because you don't have any access to windows, a dehumidifier or extractor fan is one of the best substitutes. Between the two of these options, dehumidifiers will be the the best way for an immediate solution if you do not already have an extractor fan. Dehumidifiers can be found in bathroom retailers or online stores so that you can incorporate one in your bathroom as soon as possible. They are great at solving the problem quickly and they are easy to operate. The one thing that you need to take into consideration is that many dehumidifiers will need to be emptied because of the amount of condensation that is being pulled out of the air. Yours may have to be emptied daily depending on the size that you have. Some dehumidifiers will allow you to hook a hose up to it so that it drains automatically as long as you have the right setup.
If you planned your bathroom design with an extractor fan, this will be a better long term solution. Extractor fans are generally mounted on your ceiling above your shower, but can be mounted in other areas as well. They usually work in two ways. The first way is a manual activation, usually through the use of a light switch or something similar. The second way is through an automatic activation. Once the extractor fan detects enough moisture in the air, it will automatically activate and start doing its job. These two are definitely your best options if you can't include some type of window in your bathroom.

Open Up The Area

If you open up the area, it will be a bit harder for condensation to collect in your bathroom. This can be done in a number of different ways. One of the best ways to do this is to keep your door open after you are done taking a shower. These vents are not the best ways to deal with condensation, but they will help you a little bit.

In addition to that good insulation is always necessary for keeping your bathroom warm and dry. This is especially important for comfort and relaxation. Ineffective insulation will be very noticeable and you should look to improve upon it where you can.
