Shipping & Delivery

We offer discounted ground and freight shipping within the continental US for most orders. Shipping may also be upgraded to 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.

The majority of products are readily available in stock. In stock items usually ship within 1-3 business days. If you urgently need an order to ship sooner than 1-3 business days, we highly encourage you to reach out to us by phone or email. We are able to accommodate most requests.

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, we offer competitive shipping rates. For orders shipping outside of North America, orders must be placed with one of our representatives through phone or email.When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Freight (LTL) Delivery may be used for large, heavy and/or oversized shipments to ensure that the products arrive in good condition. Freight (LTL) shipments will be delivered curbside. You will be responsible for moving the item from the curb to the desired location. If any additional accommodations and/or requests are made directly with the either the delivery driver or the LTL carrier, you would be responsible for those charges.

Inside Delivery is a premium service that may be available for some orders and shipments. If you require inside delivery, please call us at 1800-686-1480 to request the option. Rates for inside delivery charges vary and we will provide you a quote based on your request.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns within 30 days of the order ship date. A return request must be submitted within 30 days of the order ship date. We will provide an additional 10 days for the item to be returned back and received by us after the return request is accepted by one our representatives. For returns, the cost of shipping and handling each way will be deducted from the final refund. A returned item must meet the following criteria:

  • Item is in resellable condition, free from damages, scratches and/or defects

  • Item must not have been installed

  • Item must be in its original packaging without any writing or labels on the original packaging


  • We do not accept any returns for bathtubs


If you need to cancel an order, please call our customer support at (800) 686-1480 or send us an email at Please note the following conditions for cancellations:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they have already shipped

  • Orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of an order being placed. Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after they have already shipped. Once the item is en route, the request will be considered a return. In this case, the shipping and handling costs each way will be deducted from the final refund.

  • Any refused shipments will be considered cancellations and are subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to any shipping and handling fees incurred.

Damages & Claims

If you notice that your ordered was damaged during transit, do not take possession of the damaged goods. Any damage should be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt if possible.

If you notice concealed damage after delivery, then you will need to take pictures of the damage and contact our customer service team. We require that damages are reported to us within 2 business days of delivery and most carriers only allow claims to be filed within 2 business days of delivery.

We will replace all damages reported within 2 business days. Replacements of damages reported after 2 business days will only be replaced if we are able to successfully file a claim with the carrier and the claim is approved by the carrier. We will not replace any damages reported after 2 weeks of delivery.

If you discover any other problems, issues or concerns with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your orders. If you believe any part of your order is either missing, incomplete or defect, it must be reported to us within 2 business days of the delivery. Though, we will always do our best to help find a solution, we reserve the right to reject any claim that is reported outside of 2 business days.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order has been placed to the email you entered during checkout. The subject line will say "Your Order From Modo Bath". This email is your receipt and we advise you to review this email for any errors and advise us of any mistakes.

Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax, with one notable exception: orders shipping to Pennsylvania will be subject to a sales tax. Modo Bath is not responsible for individual states' sales tax reporting laws related to online purchases. We can encourage you to check your states' regulations before you shop.

Using Promotional Codes

You may become eligible for various discounts and promotions we offer at our store. If you have a coupon code or promotional codes, please enter that code during checkout to apply the discount that is being offered.
